These projects use community interventions to address the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic among health disparity and vulnerable populations.

These studies represent some of the work being done as part of the NIH Social, Behavioral and Economic Impacts of COVID-19 initiative to produce findings and solutions from multiple sets of data in order to help understand and address the broader effects of the epidemic. 

Digital health, as a specialty in medicine and other health professions, applies information and communications technologies to manage illnesses and health risks and to promote wellness. Digital health has a broad scope, which includes the use of wearable devices, mobile devices, telehealth and telemedicine, health information technology, and big data analysis.
